A <br />certificate signifying this achievement was presented to the recipient at the Association's <br />annual conference held March 1 - April 2, 2004 at the University Hilton in Charlotte, <br />North Carolina. <br /> <br />To obtain certification, one has to attend many hours of classroom instruction and fulfill <br />all eligibility and educational requirements established by the Association. The <br />Association is proud that Debra L.
