I have also attached a proposal from Ware Bonsall Architects to study the
potential reuse of the building for County office space if the Commission wishes to pursue
that.

REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented)
Accept one of the proposals for sale, or accept the proposal from Ware Bonsall Architects
to study rouse by the County.

Attachments [] Yes [] No Expected Length of Presentation 6 minutes

Submitted By: Jonathan B. I
recommend selling the Cabarrus Bank & Trust Building and earmarking the proceeds for
restoration of the capital funding I eliminated. Because of the number of parties interested
in purchasing the building, the Board may wish to sell it through the upset bid process.

Action Taken:
Approved [ ] Deferred [ ]
Denied [] Other []
