Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Re: Wachovia Building Study <br /> <br />Dear Janet: <br /> <br />In accordance with Paragraph 1.5.2 of the Owner-Architect Agreement dated October 20, 2003, <br />the Architect shall provide the following services related to the study of the Wachovia Building in <br />downtown Concord: <br /> 1. Review previous studies and investigations of the Wachovia Building and plans for <br /> courthouse basement renovation <br /> 2. Examine the physical condition of the Wachovia Building <br /> 3. Study the potential use of the Wachovia Building for tenants presently located in the <br /> basement of the courthouse <br /> 4. Determine potential construction cost for renovations to the Wachovia Building and the <br /> courthouse basement <br /> 5. Prepare report of findings <br /> 6. Present findings to the Board of County Commissioners <br /> 7. Deliver 20 copies of final report <br /> <br />For these services we propose a stipulated fee of $ 4,800.00, including expenses. <br /> <br />We thank Cabarrus County for this opportunity to serve.
