These are further divided into the following <br />categories: <br /> <br />a. Local Access Streets - designed only to provide access to abutting <br /> property. May be residential, commercial, pr industrial. <br /> <br />b. Collector Road System - intracounty routes of two types: <br /> <br />1. Major Collector Roads - streets providing service to the <br /> arterial system and major traffic generators. <br /> <br />2. Minor Collector Roads - streets providing service from the <br /> local road system to major collectors and arterials. <br /> <br />c.
