b) In residential developments with averaqe lot sizes between .$1 <br /> and 1 acre sidewalks shall be installed on one side of all streets <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />serving more than 20 lots, <br />In residential developments with average lot sizes of 1/2 acre or <br />less sidewalks shall be installed on both sides of all streets. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />In residential developments with sidewalks, required connections <br />to adiacent developments shall be reviewed during the <br />sul~division review process (_examples of desired connections <br />include schools, parks, commercial developments and residential <br />developments). <br /> <br />Handicap ramps shall be placed at each intersection in accordance <br /> <br />with ADA guidelines. <br /> <br />-TZ. <br /> <br />The dedication of half roads at the perimeter of a new subdivision is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />Connectivity Ratio. The term "connectivity ratio" means the number <br /> of street links divided by the number of street nodes or link ends <br /> including cul-de-sac heads. (see Appendix B for examples of <br /> connectivity ratio calculations and definitions of terms related to the <br /> connectivity ratio). <br /> <br />a. residential development with a gross density less than 1 unit per <br /> acre shall meet a minimum ratio of 1.2, <br />b. residential development with a gross density between 1 and 2 <br /> units per acre shall meet a minimum ratio of 1.3 <br />c. residential development with a gross density greater than 2 units <br /> per acre shall meet the Concord UDO standard ratio of 1.4. <br /> <br />Exemptions: <br /> <br />32~ <br /> <br />£-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
