CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 6/15/04 Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Refund and Release Reports -- May 2004. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Release report contains taxpayers' names, bill numbers, valuations, tax amounts, along <br />with the justifications for releasing the valuation/tax amounts for outstanding levies. <br />(105-381) <br /> <br />Refund report is a summary sheet which lists data from each refund request form, along <br />with the justifications for the refunds to the taxpayers. (105-381). <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Approve the May 2004 Release-Refund report as submitted and grant authority to the Tax <br />Collector to process the refunds and releases. Please find enclosed the list of refunds and <br />releases for the month of May 2004. I have reviewed these lists. They are in order and I <br />request your approval. J.
