Murphy, CIRS-Ai~k~, <br />June 1, 2004 <br /> <br />Home and Community Care Block Grant <br />Funding Plan - Fiscal Year 2005 <br /> <br />Enclosed please find the Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) Funding Plan <br />proposal for Cabarrus County for FY'05. This proposal is being submitted for your consideration <br />on behalf of the HCCBG Steering Committee with their unanimous approval. As you will see, <br />this funding plan recommends that the FY'05 HCCBG allocations of $580,870 should be <br />distributed to the Department of Aging ($341,676), Department of Social Services ($113,729), <br />Transportation Department ($91,284) and the Commerce Department (34,181). <br /> <br />Your approval of this proposal will allow these four Cabarms County departments to continue to <br />provide quality services to the older adult residents of our county at the same level as we are <br />currently operating. <br /> <br />Thank you for your time and consideration.
