These soils are very limited for most residential uses. Development of site will remove existing foresfland from production and result in loss of environmental benefits from forest land cover. Private well was likely associated with former homestead beyond current terminus of Cambridge Drive. NC form GW-30 must be filed with the Groundwater Section of th~ N.C. Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources when abandoning a well.
