Meeting Date 6/15/04 <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # t---' I ~ <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement between the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners and Rhein <br />Interest of Charlotte, LLC for the Cannon Crossing Subdivision. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Rhein Interest of Charlotte, LLC, the developer of Cannon Crossing Subdivision, will be <br />entering into a Consent Agreement with the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br />Rhein Interest of Charlotte, LLC is agreeing to donate $1008 per lot to advance adequacy <br />of public schools.
