Mr Hartsell joined the Board in Closed Session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Chairman Freeman and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of Closed Session <br /> <br /> No action was reported from the Closed Session. <br /> <br />Recess of Meetin~ <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Freeman recessed the meeting at 10 00 a.m. until 5 00 p.m. on Monday, May 31, <br />2004, in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the Governmental Center <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
