May be residential, commercial, .or industrial. <br /> <br />b. Coiled;or Road System - intracounty routes of two types: <br /> <br />1. Major Collector Roads - streets providing service to the <br /> arterial system and major traffic qenerators. <br /> <br />2. Minor Collector Roads - streets providinq service from the <br /> local road system to major collectors and arterials. <br /> <br />c.
