PHASE I~OWR- MOVE MANAGE~NT (summer 2007) <br /> 21) Quaat~ts will provide "move programming sessions" with the appropriate law <br /> enforcement staffand IT department as well as the appointed move committee <br /> members to gather pertinent information. The goal of this phase is to gather <br /> the necessary reformat/on to estabI/sh a ~ move schedule. TMs meeting <br /> w/Il take place over one business day. <br /> 22) Quantus w/Il develop a strategic plan for move phasing and process. This plan <br /> represents the findings of the programm/ng process. The key components are <br /> an overall roamer action agenda that doemnents each team members role, <br /> responsibilities, and deadlines. Additionally, we will create a master timel/ne <br /> which will be based on the e, onsmiction schedule. <br /> 23) Quantus will request input from team members on timeline and make revisions <br /> as necessary to coincide with lead ti~-es. <br />24) Quantus will create a move schedule to track the project and w/Il keep all team <br /> members informed. <br />25) Quantus will conduct an initial meeting with the contractor to chscnss the <br /> eonstruot/on schedule. <br />26) Quaatus will schedule and nm team meetings for internal (move committee, <br /> IT) and external (mover, furniture vcndors, computer/phone vendors etc.) team <br /> members throu~hnUt the project Meeting~ purposes are to monitor project <br /> advancements and any potent/al changes a~d decision points. (No more than 3 <br /> meetings total) <br /> Quantus will disthbute eommurtications for internal and external team <br /> members. These will be mails, letters, voice mails, act/on agendas and <br /> schedules. These tools will be used to update team members on developments, <br /> completions, changes, em <br /> Quantus will coordinate all move related activities prior to any items being <br /> reeeived into the new facility. This includes scheduling the dock, elevators, <br /> security, I-WAC, etc. with building management at the new and ex/sting <br /> facilities as well aa any spec/al needs that may arise during the move (elevator <br /> repair on-call, after hours lights &ak, etc.). <br /> Qtmntus will customize transit/on gu/des for each office employee including <br /> name and individual move number. <br /> Quanms will conduct a move lecture to the appropriate stuff. The move <br /> tra/ning session w/Il provide details about the move implementation and vail <br /> take place over one business day. <br /> Qmmtus w/Il coordinate all miscellaneous vendors such as plants, shredder, <br /> copiers, coffee, bottle water, etc. <br /> Qua.ams will create all custom gn~ph/es to support the move plan.
