Cabarms County 4-H has been approved to receive funding from the <br />4-H School-Age Care Program. Your agency is commended for writing a successful <br />grant proposal. Your proposal is being funded at $105,000 to fill 125 spaces. Funds are <br />available from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005. All funds must be spent no later than <br />June 30, 2005. This award is contingent upon successful proposal, budget negotiations <br />and a completion of a site visit by the Availability Director. Grant revisions will be <br />discussed with the Principal Investigator via a phone call or email. <br /> <br />I will contact you shortly regarding your proposal, budget negotiations and date for site <br />visit. <br /> <br />Training is necessary to facilitate this grant and to run quality school-age care programs. <br />We are excited to offer a training event on August 4, 2004 for program managers and <br />1 program staff (preferably the director) associated with this grant and the proposed <br />gite in Raleigh. Representation at this training is REQUIRED. Please put.this date in <br />your calendar now. Failure to attend training could result in the termination of your <br />grant. The 4-H SAC Program will reimburse the expenses of those attending this <br />training.
