This follows the approval of your R-15A <br />rezoning request, on July 13, 1998, for the remaining 297 acres oftlfis parcel. These approvals <br />are conditioned on the following, as agreed upon by The Robert Pittenger Co. and the Town of <br />Harrisburg. <br /> <br />R-15A (SU) District <br /> <br />I. No Building permits ?hall be issued until July 1, 2001, and <br />2. After July 1, 2001 the project shall be limited to a total of 200 buildin~-~-~n7~ per y~a~, and <br />3 No more than 800 housing permits shall be perrmtted for the development, and <br />4. Turn lanes shall be required at all entrances to the development. <br /> <br />B-N (SU) District <br /> <br />Town shall have design rewew and approval authority for the project. The design review shall <br />consider: <br /> 1. The overall appearance and layout of the project and the project's compatibility wzth <br /> surrounding propertie~; and <br /> 2. The compatibihty of building materials used within the project; and <br /> 3. The location and design of ingress and egress points to include cooperation with NCDOT <br /> on the design and location of turn and deceleration lanes. <br /> <br />When development of the project moves forward please contact me so that the review and <br />approval of both the residential and non-residential pomons of your development can move ahead <br />smoothly.
