Resolution No: 2004- <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> pledges to work to educate and inform the citizens of our state <br /> and community about the importance of self-financing development <br /> bonds in providing jobs and improving the economic <br /> competitiveness, and pledges to encourage voters to approve the <br /> measure in November 2004. <br /> <br />This is the 16tn day of August, 2004. <br /> <br />Robert M.
