CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 8/16/04 Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Public headng for sale of property at old School Administrative Offices <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Board of Commissioners agreed in principle to sell 2.08 acres of real property located <br />at 660 Concord Parkway North in Concord to Carolina Radiator & Air Conditioning Supply. <br />Pursuant to Section 158-7.1 of the NC General Statutes a public hearing is required for <br />that sale to be completed through pdvate negotiation. The property was appraised at <br />$160000 per acre and the current offer is $156250 per acre.
