It is highly <br />recommended that with a project as complex as the jail that we have an on site, full time <br />manager. One option is that the architects, WareBonsall, provide a construction manager <br />as part of their contract in the next phase. WareBonsall will be including the service as an <br />option in their proposal for the next phase of the project. A second option is that <br />Cabarrus County contract with a qualified party to act as construction manager for the <br />project.
