Listed'below <br />are the owners that are involved in the land transactions: <br /> <br />Parcel #1) Pitts School LLC $4,727.00 <br />#2) Daniel Cochran $4,360.00 <br />#3) Helen Jones $7,030.00 <br />#4) Linda Cox $9,146.00 <br />#5) Eunice Mattera $5,050.00 <br />* * . We <br />have already used $28,056.00 for the purchase of the Fuu property in Apri12004. This <br />left a balance of $71,944.00: The five new land transactions totals $43,286.00. The <br />balance of roadwork money le~ if the BOB approves the five land tranSactions, will be <br />$28,658.00 <br /> <br />I recommend that the five land transactions be approved by the BOE.
