Listed below <br />are the owners that are involved in the land transactions: <br /> <br />Parcel #1) Pitts School LLC <br />#2) Daniel Cochran <br />#3) Helen Jones <br />#4) Linda Cox <br />#5) Eunice Mattera <br />#7) Roberta Methodist (parsonage) <br /> <br />$4,727.00 <br />$4,360.00 <br />$7,030.00 <br />$9,146.00 <br />$5,050.00 <br />$12,973.00 <br /> <br />One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) has been set-aside for this purpose. We <br />have already used $28,056.00 for the purchase of the Fun property in April 2004. This <br />left a balance ofS71,944.00: The five new land transactions totals $43,286.00. The <br />balance of roadwork money le~ if the BOE approves the five land tranSaCtions, will be <br />$28,658.00 <br /> <br />I reoommend that the five land transactions be approved by the BOE.
