At the request of Vice Chairman Suggs, Mr. Cordell. explained the <br />difference between a General Obligation Bond and Certificates of <br />Participation. <br /> <br />There was brief discussion regarding the school bond and the community <br />college bond referendum. <br /> <br />Bid Award for the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) Highway 29 Bu.ine.. <br />and Technology Center <br /> <br />Jonathan Marshall, Commerce Director, distributed the bid tabulation <br />for the RCCC Workforce Development Center Upfit, Phase II bid opening, which <br />was held on August 17, 2004, 2:00 p.m., at the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center.
