(105-381). <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item âS presented) <br />Approve the September 2004 Release-Refund report as submitted and grant authority to <br />the Tax Collector to process the refunds and releases. Please find enclosed the list of <br />refunds and releases for the month of September 2004. I have reviewed these lists. They <br />are in order and I request your approval. J.
