<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # 1::- 5 <br /> <br />Meeting Date 10/18/04 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Addendum to the Project Ordinance for the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Two additions have been made to the Capital Project Ordinances of the Capital Projects <br />Fund. Sections 9 and 10 of the Capital Project Ordinance have been added to the original <br />Project Ordinance. Section 9 was added to provide steps for the closing of the Capital <br />Project. Section 1 0 was added to give the County Manager authority to transfer revenues <br />and appropriations when certain conditions are met.
