Our first full month of use was during August 2004. Our <br />purchases were virtually seamless with a variety of uses by several <br />departments (Le., County Executive Staff, General Services and Public <br />Information) We have currently received two (2) full months' billing; and <br />have successfully accomplished payment through Electronic Funds <br />Transfer. Using departments have been extremely cooperative in <br />retaining proper receipts and coding for correct payment. Our customer <br />service and support from Bank of America has been nothing less than <br />superb. <br /> <br />I believe we have begun in a very positive manner and look forward to <br />the expansion and continuation of this Procurement Card program.
