<br />WSD - September 20, 2004 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />478 <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, as the governing board <br />of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County, met in regular session at <br />the Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, September 20, <br />2004, at 6:30 p.m; <br /> <br />Present - Chairman: <br />Vice Chairman: <br />Commissioners: <br /> <br />Robert M. Freeman <br />Richard D. Suggs <br />Carolyn B. Carpenter <br />Robert W. Carruth <br />Coy C. Privette <br /> <br />Also present were John D. Day, County Manager; <br />Attorney; and Frankie F. Bonds, Clerk to the Board. <br /> <br />Marilyn <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Porter, <br /> <br />Chairman Freeman called the meeting to order at 10:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Approval or Correction of Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Carruth asked that the minutes of August 16, 2004 be <br />corrected to show that he was absent. He stated he had been present via <br />conference telephone for the Board of Commissioners meeting, but left the <br />meeting prior to the Water and Sewer District meeting being called to order. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the minutes of August 16, 2004, <br />as corrected. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:07 pem. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />~-\ <br />
