Upon receipt <br />of these documents, please acquire the authorized signatures. Once all signatures are affixed, <br />the originals are to be returned to your appropriate Branch Office by October 29.2004. <br /> <br />As you know, the performance period for the EMPG awards is October 1,2003 - September <br />30, 2004. The sole purpose of this grant is to provide funds to assist the local emergency <br />management agency in cost of developing and maintaining a comprehensive emergency <br />management program. Your grant award payment should be completed by November 30, <br />2004. NC Emergency Management will coordinate with the DCC&PS Fiscal Officer to insure <br />that reimbursement of expenditures is paid in a timely manner. <br /> <br />There are some objectives you may plan to complete for this year's activities; however, your <br />EMPG 2004 Grant Award Agreement list State and Federal activities are required to be <br />completed this fiscal year. Your partnership agreement will serve as a master plan for the <br />year's activities. See pages 7, a and 9 in your EMPG 2004 Funding Application Packet for your <br />priority list of Emergency Management activities and your Federal/State/Local FY2004 EMPG <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Location: 116 West Jones Street.
