Develop and <br />implement Citizen Corps programs by offering training and volunteer opportunities to support first <br />responders, disaster relief groups, and community safety efforts. . <br /> <br />StrateQic Goals & Obiecti"es (State Homeland Security Strategy) <br />Primary Goal: . . <br />Goal 1: Ensure that North Carolina is prepared to prevent or mitigate a WMD or domestic <br />terrorism incident. . <br /> <br />Primary Obiective: . <br />Assess current status of Citizen Corps in the state and develop strategy for continued <br />development/enhancement of the program by May 2005. <br /> <br />Secondary Obiective: . <br />Assess current status of Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) throughout the <br />state and develop a strategy, integrated with Citizen Corps, for continued growth, <br />enhancement and maintenance of the program by May 2005. <br /> <br />ProQram <br />CCP$ <br /> <br />(insert total amount of jurisdiction's Citizen Corps grant allocation) <br /> <br />Solution Cateaorv Areas and...iY..bcateaories. <br />Choose from the 6 areas listed in ISIP. <br /> <br />Disciplines . <br />This is dependent on the membership of the Citizen Corps Council or CERT team.
