<br />Resolution No. 2004-- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the regular meetings of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners are <br />currently held on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting <br />Room at the Governmental Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday requires a change in the regular <br />meeting date in January 2005; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40(a), does hereby: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Establish the Board's regular meeting schedule to meet on the third Monday of <br />each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the <br />Governmental Center with the exception of the January 2005 meeting which will <br />be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2005; and <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Set the following regular meeting dates for the calendar year 2005: <br /> <br />January 24, 2005 <br />February 21,2005 <br />March 21, 2005 <br />April 18, 2005 <br />May 16, 2005 <br />June 20, 2005 <br />July 18,2005 <br />August 15,2005 <br />September 19,2005 <br />October 17, 2005 <br />November 21,2005 <br />December 19,2005 <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Resolve that any recessed, special or emergency meeting will be held as needed <br />with proper notice as required by North Carolina General Statute 153A-40. <br /> <br />Adopted this the 6th day of December, 2004. <br /> <br />Chainnan, Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Frankie F.
