<br />WSD - November 15, 2004 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />480 <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, as the governing board <br />of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County, met in regular session at <br />the Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, November 15, <br />2004, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present - Chairman: <br />vice Chairman: <br />Commissioners: <br /> <br />Robert M. Freeman <br />Richard D. Suggs <br />Carolyn B. Carpenter <br />Robert W. Carruth <br />Coy C. Privette <br /> <br />Also present were John D. Day, County Manager; <br />Attorney; and Frankie F. Bonds, Clerk to the Board. <br /> <br />Marilyn <br /> <br />Approval or Correction of Minutes <br /> <br />Chairman Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:58 p.m. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Porter, <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner <br />Privette and unanimously carried, the Board approved the minutes of October <br />18, 2004, as written. <br /> <br />Water and Sewer District Boundaries <br /> <br />At its meeting in October, the Board requested information regarding <br />the procedures for changing the boundaries of the Water and Sewer District. <br />Ms. Porter stated she had distributed information from the North Carolina <br />General Statutes regarding the establishment of the District and the process <br />for changing its boundaries. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner <br />Privette and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br />G-- , <br />
