<br />WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT <br />OFCABARRUSCOUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Water and Sewer <br />District of Cabarrus County does hereby fix the time and place of its regular monthly meeting at <br />6:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month, with the exception of the January 2005 meeting <br />that will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 24,2005. These meetings will be held in the <br />Commissioners' Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, <br />SE, Concord, Nc. <br /> <br />Furthermore, the Board of Commissioners of the Water and Sewer District will meet at any such <br />time there is a regular, recessed, special or emergency meeting of the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of December 2004. <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br />c-~ <br />
