<br /> <br />WSD - December 6, 2004 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />Page <br /> <br />481 <br /> <br />The Board of commissioners of Cabarrus County, as the governing board <br />of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County, met at the Governmental <br />Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, December 6, 2004. <br /> <br />Present - Chairman: <br />vice Chairman: <br />commissioners: <br /> <br />Carolyn B. Carpenter <br />Robert W. Carruth <br />Robert M. Freeman <br />Joni D. Juba <br />Coy C. Privette <br /> <br />Also present were John D. Day, County Manager; Marilyn D. Porter, <br />Attorney; and Frankie F. Bonds, Clerk to the Board. <br /> <br />Chairman Carpenter called the meeting to order at 7:50p.m. <br /> <br />APproval or Correction of. Minutes <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of commissioner Privette. seconded by vice Chairman Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the minutes of November 15, 2004, <br />as written. <br /> <br />Adoption of Regular Meeting Schedule for 2005 <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Freeman <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Water and Sewer <br />District of Cabarrus County does hereby fix the time and place of its regular <br />monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. on the. third Monday of each month, with the <br />exception of the January 2005 meeting that will be held at 6:30 p.m. on <br />Monday, January 24, 2005. These meetings will be held in the Commissioners' <br />Meeting Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, <br />SE, Concord, NC. <br /> <br />Furthermore, the Board of Commissioners of the Water and Sewer District will <br />meet at any such time there is a regular, recessed, .special or emergency <br />meeting of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of December 2004. <br /> <br />/s/ Carolyn B.
