<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # <br /> <br />1="-3 <br /> <br />Meeting Date 12/20/04 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent agreement for Hallstead Subdivision <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The Hallstead subdivision was approved by the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Board on November 18th, 2004. Hallstead is a 475 lot subdivision located on Zion Church <br />Rd E adjacent to the Colonial Hills Subdivision. A $500.00 donation to advance school <br />adequacy was required as a condition of the approval. This amount was negotiated as <br />part of a court order involving the developer, the City of Concord, Cabarrus County and <br />the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County.
