Renewa/#2 OFFICE SUPPLIES CONTRACT CABARRUS COUNTY CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA This renewal contract is made on the date of execution by Cabarrus County, North Carolina, 65 Church Street, Southeast, Concord, North Carolina (County) between Corporate Express, Charlotte, North Carolina (Contractor) and the County. The County and the Contractor, for the consideration specified, agree as follows: The Contractor shall perform the services described in the Contract Documents consisting of providing Office Supplies pursuant to the complete bid document made a part hereof, and shown as Exhibit A. Contract Documents The contract documents consist of this Contract and Exhibit A (Complete Bid Documents). Where the terms of this Contract and Exhibit A are at variance, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail, This Contract and Exhibit A constitute the entire agreement. Contract Term Work under this Contract will commence on January 1, 2005, and will be completed on December 31,2005 (Contract Term), subject to any modifications provided for in the Contract Documents, No work shall be deemed complete until it is accepted by the County, Contract Amount The County will pay the Contractor subject to the terms and conditions in the Contract Documents, The rates charged shall be firm for the complete contract period, Payment Payment will be made by the County to the Contractor within thirty days after receipt of monthly invoices for office supplies (see Exhibit A) provided they are allocable to the Contract and that have been performed to the satisfaction of the County, General Terms and Conditions Applicable Law: The contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of North Carolina, any litigation with respect thereto shall be brought in the courts of V /1.+' \=-'1
