<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # <br /> <br />r-I <br /> <br />Meeting Date 12/20/04 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement between the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners and Beazer <br />Homes Corp. for the Mountain Laurel Subdivision. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Beazer Homes received preliminary plat approval for its 76 lot subdivision from the <br />Concord Planning and Zoning Commission on October 19, 2004. Beazer Homes Corp., the <br />developer of the Mountain Laurel Subdivision, agreed to enter into a Consent Agreement <br />with the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners.
