AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # -d- <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Resolution Authoring the Filing of an Application for Approval of a Financing Agreement <br />Authorized by North Carolina General Statute 160A-20 <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Due to limited funds available in Fund Balance and the Capital Reserve Fund, it will be <br />necessary to do a short term borrowing for the purchase of land for the Law Enforcement <br />Center.
