School Impact Fee Fund monies shall be used only for the following: <br /> 1. Costs of School Sites; and <br /> 2. School Building Costs; and <br /> <br /> 3. Relocatable Classroom Costs; and <br /> <br /> 4. Building Contents Costs; and <br /> <br /> 5. Costs of Non-Building Improvements; and <br /> <br /> 6. Costs of Vehicles. <br /> <br /> E. Additionally, School Impact Fee Fund monies may be used for the following: <br /> <br /> 1. repayment of monies borrowed from any budgetary fund of the County subsequent to <br />the effective date of this Ordinance, where such borrowed monies were used to fund growth necessitated <br />capital improvements to School Facilities as provided herein. <br /> <br /> 2. payment of principal and interest, necessary reserves and costs of issuance under <br />any bonds or other indebtedness issued by the County to fund growth-necessitated improvements to the <br />School System subsequent to the effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> F. The School Board shall provide an annual accounting to the County in a report format <br />containing a summary of the School Impact Fees transferred to the School Board during the previous year and <br />a detailed description of the uses and expenditures for which the net School Impact Fee revenue was expended <br />during the preceding year. At a minimum the report shall contain the following: <br /> <br /> 1. the projects funded in Whole or in part with the School Impact Fee Funds; and <br /> <br /> 2. the location of the projects; and <br /> <br /> 3. the capacity in number of students served by the projects; and <br /> <br /> 4. the square footage of each project. <br /> <br />Sec. 7.43.
