According to Day, "The county <br />comm~ssxoners are very empathetic to the phght of county resxdents, many of whom have <br />been wctlms of the economm down-mm They wanted to extend the flee d~sposal because <br />many people have not yet fmtshed cleaning their property" <br /> <br />Tree hmbs, shrubs and other types of fohage damaged in the storm may be taken to the <br />Cabarrus County Landfill between. 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, and 8am to 2pm <br />on Saturdays. "W~thout <br />reimbursement, the expense of hiring clean-up crews to remove yard waste result:ng fi.om <br />the ice storm ~s just too great," he adds.
