It shall be unlawful to <br /> <br /> 1 Operate any unapproved mode of conveyance upon any body of water ~n <br /> <br />the Park, ~nclud~ng without hm~tabon, any lake or stream Th~s pohcy extends to and <br />~ncludes w~thout I~m~tatlon, any type of boat (motonzed or not motorized), rafts and ~nner <br />tubes as well as remote controlled models, whether fuel or battery propelled However, <br />battery operated model boats are permitted on the lake when Park paddleboats are <br />closed <br /> <br /> 2 Launch an authorized mode of conveyance from a tra~ler, car or truck <br /> <br />except at a launch area designated by Park management <br /> <br /> 3 Operate or nde as a passenger ~n any form of boat, canoe or kayak unless <br /> <br />each person ~s weanng a Umted States Coast Guard Approved Personal Floatabon <br />Dewce <br /> <br /> 4 Sw~m or wade ~n a Park body of water except when permitted as an <br /> <br />authonzed Park program or pursuant to posted regulation <br /> <br />Section 50-7. Camping, Fires, Picnic Areas. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful to <br /> <br /> 1 Camp (tent camp or otherwise) or park a car, tra~ler, or camper for the <br />purpose of camping or overmght stay anywhere ~n any Park except ~n areas specifically <br />designated for camping dunng authorized t~mes for camping <br /> <br /> 2 Kindle, build, maintain or use a fire except ~n places specifically <br />designated for such purposes for such purposes and at such t~mes as authonzed by <br />Park officials. Any fire must be conbnuously under the care and dlrecbon of a <br />competent and responsible natural person, at least 16 years of age, from the bme ~t ~s <br />k~ndled untd ~t ~s fully exbngu~shed No person shall throw away or d~scard any match, <br />hghter, c~gar, c~garette, tobacco, paper or any other potenttally flammable material w~thtn <br />Park property, ~nctudlng w~thout hm~tabon, around any budding, boat or vehicle or under <br />any tree or ~n underbrush All such materials shall be d~sposed of ~n containers <br />specifically designed from such d~sposal and shall be fully extinguished prior to such <br />d~sposal Unless posted otherwise, Park patrons may bnng gas or charcoal grills for <br />use ~n the Park These grills must be used only ~n designated p~cmc ar(~as and must be <br />placed w~th~n three (3) feet of the stabonary grills prowded ~n the Park No grills of any <br /> <br /> <br />
