Program Goals and Objectives The following modifications have been made to the <br /> <br />objectives: <br /> <br />1. At least 50% of offenders in CJPP successfully complete <br />the program. This is an increase from 30%. <br />2. No more than 10% of those who complete the CJPP <br />program will violate probation due to drug or alcohol related <br />crimes.
