Having done so in accordance with normal standards of good professional practice, BS&P will have met its obligation hereunder, and will not be responsible for contrary ~nterpretations or determinations by enfomement authorities or others. F. Liability- The Client's ~iability hereunder shall be limited to amounts due BSbP for services actually rendered and for reimbursable expenses actually incurred under Paragraph 11 above, BSbP shall be liable to the Client for negligent errors or omissions and for other breaches by BSg'P of this Agreement provided that the amount of such liability shall in no event exceed the compensation paid to BSaP under this Agreement. 8/7
