The Board directed staff to draft changes to Chapter 14 Article II of the Code of <br />Ordinances to include by reference Appendix G (Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs) of the 2000 <br />International Residential Code (2002 edition) <br /> <br />2. Additional amendments to Chapter 14 are proposed to refect department name and <br />position title changes resulting from the last county reorganization. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br /> <br />1. Adopt Appendix G of the 2000 International Building G:)de (2002 edition) by reference <br />and include in Chapter 14 Article II Section 14-34 <br /> <br />2.
