In addition to the report to the board, <br />Voices and Choices would like to make a request for funding support as well. <br /> <br />Attatched are document that lists our mission, our board members, and our activities for the current year. Also <br />attatched is a summary of our major initiative, the State of the Region Report. <br /> <br />A formal letter addressed to the Commissioners will be sent to you, Cathy Straub, and John Day requesting <br />financial support.
