Th~ steering committee would be responsible for signing off on the
final product and be influle_ ntial in marketing the report card to the region. Use of their
name or business logo w~uld help to ensure the public perception of the legitimacy of the
findings.
:
Data Collection - hire a '_aonsultant to physically gather the information, compile and
analyze it into a comprehg~, nsive report. The Consultant will work with the Voices &
Choices staff and report ~ the Steering Committee in periodic meetings. The consultant
will have a list of trends ~ follow (the same list will be used in each county), but he/she
is expected to critically e~amine the results to determine if the suggested trends are
suitable or ifmodificatiols need to be done to reflect the dynamics of the region. They
will also need to be able lo work with a graphics person to come up with a printed report
format.

Organizing Committee :

Meetings & Distribution
Business Summits - The ~t. egional Business Summits, sponsored by Voices & Choices
are designed to provide farums for discussion and critical assessment of the trends of our
region as compiled and c~llected in a Regional Report.
