Unless stated otherwise herein, this proposal includes en~neer's sealed calculations for only <br /> those connection designs provided by Southern Engineering. Sealed calculations will not be <br /> provided for simple shear connections that are A.I.S.C. prequalified. <br /> <br />T~m~s: Net 30 days, from date of invoice. <br />· Retaiaage, ia the amount of 10%, will be allowed wis a reduction to 5% upon 50% <br />substantial completion of our work. Final payment to be made 30 - 60 days after completion <br /> of our work, not total project.
