Additional parking areas. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />To address the needs of additional parking at this facility, bids were taken to construct 8.25 <br />acres of new parking. The new parking areas will be cleared, graded, and seeded. This <br />area will also be internally connected to existing paved parking by a newly constructed <br />paved drive. The new parking will create approximately 1200 new parking spaces. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the B~ard approves the agenda item as presented) <br /> <br />Review and approve contract for Iow bidder Joe H.
