We are presently awaiting the legal documents for <br />this transaction from David Williams but the purchase price for all properties has been <br />negotiated with the landowners. The easement compensation amounts are based on <br />property tax, recent sale comparables, and acreage amounts for the permanent <br />and temporary land easements. The <br />new turning lane would be too close to his front door. <br /> <br />The BOE approved the purchase of the easements on April 14 and the legal documents <br />will be signed when completed.
