The increase in events, completion of the meeting room space later this month, and <br />future scheduling (including the County Fair) support moving forward with the hiring process to <br />handle the projected activity. <br /> <br /> · Event Coordinator, Grade 62 -full time. Position oversees individual events after <br /> contracted until completed to insure success and customer satisfaction. <br /> · Group Leader, Grade 58 - part time, 30 hours per week. Position works with Operations <br /> Manager, Laborers, and/or Event Workers to set up, breakdown, or change out facilities <br /> for events and during events for ticket taking, seating, parking, etc.. <br /> · Office Assistant, Grade 58 - part time, 25 hours per week. Position will assist with <br /> telephone calls, facility visitors, on site ticket sales, and events. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the new positions and the reclassification. The requests are funded within <br />the existing Budget allocations. <br /> <br />I'm available for any questions. <br /> <br /> <br />
