In <br /> addition, i~ shall make any necessary inspections when it has reason to <br /> believe thai: such conditions may exist in a particular building. In <br /> exercising ~these powers, each member of the <br /> D:~ar~m:n~ ~Public Safety Services Department has a right, upon <br /> presentatlo~ of proper credentials, to enter on any premises with the <br /> territorial iJurisdiction of the department st any reasonable hour for <br /> the purpose~of inspection or other enforcement ac=ion. <br /> <br />(d) At the con~ lusion of all work done under a permit, the appropriate <br /> codes enfori ement officer shall make a final ~nspection. If he finds <br /> that the c¢ ~leted work complies with all applicable state and local <br /> <br /> <br />
