Perm~ Fees. applic~le fees must be paid before a certificate of occupancy is (a) All issued. (b) As the wor~ pursuant to a permit progresses, local code enforcement officers sh~ll make as many inspections of the work as may be necessary to satisfy ~hem that it is being done according to the provision of the applicable ~tate and local laws and local ordinances and regulations and the te~ms of ~he permit.
