ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br />Unified Development Ordinance Advisory Committee <br />Meeting of Wednesday, March 26, 2003 - 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Concord Unified Development Ordinance Advisory Committee (~ndDOAC) <br />held a meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. in the 2 d Floor <br />Conference Room of the Municipal Building. The following Committee members <br />were present: <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Ted Kluttz (co-chair) <br />David Mayfield (co-chair) <br />Howard Hurlocker <br />Jill Brim <br />Tim Foley <br />Carlos Moore <br />Jo Coble <br />Tom Schmitt <br /> <br />Members Not Present: <br /> <br />Ed Hill <br />Tim Arey <br />Rob Miles <br />Adam Hines <br /> <br />City Staff Present: <br />Jeff Young, Director of Planning and Community Development <br />Debbie Rayman, Planning Services Manager <br />Allison Megrath, Coordinating Planner <br />Margaret Pearson, Development Review Administrator <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />David Mayfield opened the meeting and asked if there were any changes to the <br />agenda. There were none. Regarding the recommendation prepared by staff on <br />the issue of screening and buffer yards, David asked if there were any changes <br />or comments that needed to be discussed and addressed. Ted Kluttz stated that <br />he had some discussions with other UDOAC members prior to the meeting that <br />the word "strongly" needed to be removed from the first bullet statement. Carlos <br />Moore clarified that he thought that the Committee really meant that they were <br />strong in support of staff having more leeway, but not that they were strongly in <br />favor or screening and buffer yards in general.
