He was assistant tax administrator there. Mr. White has <br />served as executive secretary for the NC Association of Assessing Officers for the past 8 <br /> <br />years. <br /> <br />I am confident he will serve you well as interim tax administrator. His appointment is <br /> <br />recommended.
