All of the changes are in the <br />attached draft. If the revision is new text it will be shaded. If the revision is an update of <br />existing text, the old text will be shown with a line through it and the proposed text, <br />shaded, will be noted directly after. <br /> <br />The following is a brief description of the changes by section: <br /> <br />1.
